In stock items ship within 2-5 business days. Note that Pre-Orders do not count as in stock items and take 3-6 business weeks to process - due to order volume it is subject to take longer during peak season.

When placing a PRE-ORDER, you understand this policy. Pre-order items are made to order.
- Expedited/Express shipping DOES NOT speed up the 3-6 week production window. If chosen at checkout for a Pre-Order, you understand this production window remains the same. When we receive the item from production, we will ship out the item with the shipping option that was chosen at the time of the order.
- Pre-orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Pre-order items are custom made to order. When you place a pre-order, you understand that they are special ordered directly and can take anywhere from 3-6 business weeks to ship depending on the fabric, design, quantity, or details of the item.
- CFC is NOT responsible for shipping delays if USPS or UPS fail to meet their guaranteed shipping times. CFC will NOT refund shipping charges if shipping companies fail to meet guaranteed ship times.
- CFC WILL NOT refund or cancel an order that has been already shipped.

✦ Orders placed on a Friday (including Express and Expedited Shipping) will not be processed until the following Monday because our warehouse is closed on Saturday + Sunday.
✦ We are closed on major holidays including but not limited to; Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and MLK Day. Please note this for a 1 day delay (not including weekends) of processing your order if placed on or before a holiday.

- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). CFC will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact UPS (1-888-742-5877). CFC will NOT refund additional shipping charges if UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

- It is the Buyer's responsibility to make sure that he/she enters their shipping and billing address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. CFC does our best to work with customer errors, but we cannot guarantee that we that we will be able to accommodate.
