YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

  • As of October 1, 2021, GAME DAY WEAR is FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. This includes but is not limited to Crews, Hoodies, and T-Shirts.
  • All Accessories and Shoes are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories include Jewelry, Hats, and Handbags.
  • PRE-ORDERS are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. These are made to order items and therefore not returnable.
  • Sale Items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. This INCLUDES items purchased with promotional discount codes.
  • Masks are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
  • Bodysuits are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
  • Kids Clothing is FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care customer@chelseafreemancollection.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You have to include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. 
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE MATCHING?

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our merchandise, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a Chelsea Freeman Collection E-Gift Card ONLY. 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? 

Email customer@chelseafreemancollection.com and we will send a return label. Once the item is received at the CFC warehouse, we will send an E-Gift card to your email within 5-7 business days after your item has been returned!
